Fujieu supplies products exclusively to approved business customers.

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@fujieu.com including your order number and photos of the issue.

Returns are accepted only after prior authorization from Fujieu.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Returns requested for reasons other than damage or shipping errors may be subject to approval and restocking fees.

Shipping costs for approved returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.
